Definition of Terms:

Document

1.      Seafarers  must complete the requirements document.

2.      In accordance with the proposed position.

3.      Seafarers  understand of  the rules and regulation it have been agreed from the Principal requirement.

4.      If seafarers  deliberately break of the rules  and regulation agreed  it could be  results  in harming the owner, The Agent can be repatriated without any  exceptions seafarers.

5.      Wasn’t tied with another agent.

6.      Speak English very well.     

Recruitment 
in the process of selecting our seafarers  have 3 stages:

1.      Interviews with the view that the requirements of the complete document in need.

2.      Interview direct among Principal by our candidates with use video conference.

3.      Requested the Principal to do face to face interview among the both parties.

Personality of Legal Document

To provide , arrange Legal document of the seafarers such as: Medical examination, Passport, Seaman Book, Air ticket(Two way), the other certificates will provide by Principal or Shipping Agency.

         The above documents required, earlier paid by our Company and after our crew arrived in destination of the country(Principal), the Principal will be reimbursement or compensation to  Java Marina company.
